The latest version of its multichannel marketing campaign management platform includes new modules such as intuitive scripting, an improved Content Management System, a content library, and enriched SMS.

The goal of the new version of Cabestan's multichannel marketing campaign management tool? To enable a novice user to intuitively and easily create the most complex marketing campaigns. Additionally, the new features offered enable even greater integration of new communication channels into eCRM strategies - email, mobile, mail, phone, social networks, and push notifications.

Among the new modules for managing multichannel marketing campaigns are intuitive scripting, the new Content Manager System (CMS), the content library, and enriched SMS:
- Intuitive scripting (or campaign workflow): the visual workflow tool allows for the rapid design of client acquisition and retention programmes that coordinate the sending of multiple messages (newsletter, invitation, reminder, questionnaire) across various channels (email, SMS, push notification, mail, call center) over time.
The intuitive "drag & drop" environment allows for the design of multistep scenarios by including segmentation, message dissemination, and follow-ups in a unified view.

- The CMS (Content Management System): this new visual, intuitive interface allows users to effectively manage all their email communication creations independently. The loaded templates are custom-made according to the clients' graphic standards, facilitating content creation in responsive design if needed, through simple right-clicks without HTML language knowledge.

- Enriched SMS: it offers the possibility to include customisable and trackable short URL links, as the short link generator is integrated within the Cabestan platform itself. Enriched SMS harnesses the potential of new technologies (mobile site, responsive page, geolocation) and bridges the gap between the mobile web (via responsive design technology) and the physical point of sale (via mobile couponing techniques).

- The content library: it is a library that centrally manages web content identical to multiple communications (header, footer, legal mentions, store areas… for example). It allows for simultaneous updates within a single location. The remote content is thus called and updated across different communications.

The multichannel marketing campaign management platform in SaaS mode fully handles the integration and routing of email and SMS campaigns.
